Usually flash chips like these are rejected for major brands and should be destroyed. Unfortunately instead of the furnace flames these chips are leaving the back door of factories to be resold. These chips are a favorite for counterfeiters to reprogrammed. Low cost, big profit.

Recently we saw an MicroSD card of 2GB was priced from Rs:350 to Rs:1900. It is a huge difference and it will look like an attractive offer. But, there is a very big chance for a counterfeit product. Keep away from them. Read the feed back on sellers from buyers.
